I can't believe that Obama wants to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in a civilian court... in Manhattan!!! What in the world is this guy trying to do? Why would someone treat this guy like a common criminal? Why would one choose to put so many lives at risk by having a high-profile trial in such a densely populated area? Not just any densely populated area, but the one where we suffered the greatest numbers of casualties when we were attacked on 9/11. Why would the President choose to lay our tactics and intelligence collection sources and methods out for the world to see in a public trial? Mr. President, why?
